- BHBrenda Hoffman1 day ago5.0We choose Carter Kelly Floors after visiting their store location. Tony was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. We needed a floor that was good for a wheelchair adult to use without issues. They helped us select a product and after we selected the style/color we had it installed last week. Sean came out and was great to work with. He went straight to it. He worked with confidence, and skill and patience with us since on occasion he walked around us to do the multiple rooms as we camped out in a room in the middle with a grandchild we watch. He completed the flooring with a bit of help on the second n third day ( sorry did t catch his name). My floor looks fabulous . We really love how it looks. A couple pieces popped up which they addressed swiftly and they look great as well. Assured me it will be good but if any issues are o.contact them. Such a pleasure to work with this company and installer that I am very happy with our decision to choose Carter Kelly's! Thank you. We appreciate it and we hope we have no further issues but feel confident that if they were to arrive they would be handled well. Recommendations anytime*****

We had been let down by a couple of "contractors" and John and his crew at Carter Kelly Floors literally saved the day and the entire project. They were punctual, courteous and professional. Highly, highly recommend! We hired them to level our floor with a concrete leveler and it turned out beautifully!
