  There are many fence companies in Omaha , this being the second one I have dealt with. They are by far the best product and customer service fencing company in the area, you “might “ find something a little cheaper, but you will not find better quality and service.

  We had a great experience with Acreage Fence. Greg was INCREDIBLE to work with. He was great at communicating every step with me and he was super responsive with any of my questions or concerns. He has incredible customer service skills and was just in general a really nice guy/down to earth. Anna was also very nice to talk with on the phone. She answered any questions I had about the installation process and always kept me informed of the next step for the days to come following installation. I cannot thank the team enough. The workers installing the fence were very nice and did a fantastic job. If you are looking for a fence company that checks all of the boxes, this is it!

  Extremely disappointed with the communication and customer service from this company, especially under the new ownership. Communication has been absolutely terrible, and getting basic updates or follow-up has been unnecessarily difficult. They had to return to correct work that should have been completed properly the first time. I was then told I would receive updated payment information once everything was closed out. Instead, the next communication I received was referencing a potential construction lien. And just watch — I fully expect them to respond to this review and act as though they did absolutely nothing wrong. That has been my experience with the level of customer service and accountability here. The entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and at times downright rude. If I were choosing a fence company again, I would absolutely go elsewhere. There are other fencing companies offering better materials and better customer service at comparable prices. I definitely do not recommend this company.

  Amazing service and professionalism. The team was able to rush an installation and the finished product is incredible. From first outreach to planning to quote to survey to install - everything was seamless and easy. Highly recommend.
