  Terrible service had them come out this summer when my ac wasn’t working said I needed a new unit took them 15 days to get a bid when it was 100 degrees out. Now 5 months later they are trying to get me to pay a bill for parts when they said the entire unit needed replaced. Have talked to them about the bill 4 times and all they keep saying is they will get back to me but never do till they call saying I need to pay my bill. Terrible customer service would not recommend anyone to use this company

  Aslan Mechanical replaced my old, faulty kitchen faucet with one I purchased. They arrived when promised & were efficient, friendly, professional. Kudos to the technicians and office staff!

  Amazing technician, very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient when explaining what the issue was and the steps needed to repair it. I also had him give me several more quotes on other projects that need to be completed. Highly recommend! He arrived exactly when he was scheduled and even texted me when he was on the way. I’d give 100 stars if possible! Please Note; because this is a business I am not sure on the pricing just yet but the quote he did give me for one absolutely necessary update was well within budget and, considering the fact that he diagnosed an interior carbon monoxide issue directly related to a previous installation by a different company, I am confident that the work he performed is of the utmost quality and will be safe for employees and customers.
