  Whether it's office staff, people over the phone or your regular trash guy uribe refuse is full of kind and helpful people, very happy to do business with them

  I would like to express my concern regarding the garbage collection service\. Last week, the garbage collector did not pick up the bags containing the grass clippings I had cut, claiming that the bags were too heavy\. I am 61 years old and can carry those bags with one hand, so I find that explanation difficult to understand\. This week, the grass bags were even lighter, approximately 20 pounds, and once again they were not picked up\. This time, the explanation was that there was mixed garbage inside the trash container\. My question is: **Is the garbage collector there to collect the trash, or to sort through it and make an inventory of what is inside the container?** I understand that there are rules regarding garbage collection, but I believe those rules should be applied clearly and consistently\. If there is a specific requirement regarding the weight of the bags, their contents, or how the garbage must be placed, I would appreciate being informed clearly so I can follow the rules\. I hope this issue can be resolved and that my garbage will be properly collected in the future\.

  We changed to Husker since we had to create a new account for Uribe with their changes to TrashLab in the spring. We thought, why not pay less if we had to do the same account creation? The haulers and service at Uribe were great and we were with them for 7 years. This is not so great at Husker. However, I probably won't go back due to the gal in the office I dealt with. For a csr, she left little to be desired. Husker definitely had better people for that role. It felt like maybe Uribe got too big because I have contacted them before for special pick up requests or questions and never felt like a bother instead of a customer.

  I just want to take a moment to truly thank Uribe Refuse Services for going above and beyond for us. Our trash was not even scheduled to be picked up because our landlord had not paid the trash bill on time. Even though this situation was completely out of our hands. Uribe Refuse Services still chose to help us and picked up our trash. That may seem like a small thing to some people, but it meant so much to us. Especially since it’s still the summer time. You showed compassion, understanding and a willingness to help when you really didn’t have to. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel like nobody cares. Your team reminded us that there are still people and businesses willing to do the right thing. Thank you for not just doing your job, but for going above and beyond. Your kindness and understanding will not be forgotten. I truly appreciate you and would recommend Uribe Refuse Services to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about their customers.

  Been with them for years. They are dependable and very accommodating. They offered to come up and get our trash when I was injured! Very easy to work with when I switched payment cards.
