  Have yet to have a bad experience with Uribe and their top tier service. I use the basic trash pick up service but whenever I call for one off yard waste or larger items like a 80"x36" plywood false wall I removed recently the staff has been professional and courteous in setting up these one off pick ups. The route staff are always on point as well, never miss our can and even leave it about half way up the driveway for us when it's empty. Price even for one off add ons if there is an additional fee they are very reasonable and budget friendly. All around great experience with the company and their staff.

  I had to call every month to complain about service; (like when I had a great tote - wheels worked and no cracks- and they replaced it with a broken cracked tote with a wheel that kept falling off, instead) then was treated HORRIBLY by some rude little girl that answered the phone when I called with questions or complaints. I cancelled service the first week of April. Uribe recently sent me the last bill, 3 months late but the bill was back dated to April.....Can't wait to see what happens when the authorities are informed about the FRAUD that Uribe is doing...I have ALL the proof!

  Uribe has ALWAYS provided us with the best and most exceptional service for us since 2011. The refuse collectors are so friendly. Fun memories of my 4 year old son running to the curb every trash collection day with a drink and snack for the refuse workers. He kept telling us for years that he wanted to be a trash man when he grows up. He's 18 now and still smiles at the memories. The refuse workers helped me tremendously during my cancer treatments by rolling our trash cans back to the garage. That act of true kindness made a difference in my life. I would never think of leaving Uribe's service. They are AMAZING!

  Had Uribe for 6 years through my HOA. Absolutely awesome. The guys on the route are friendly and courteous - always time for a smile and a “hello!” Forget to put your bins by the street? If they’re easily accessible, the guys will go out of their way to grab them. (Not me - seen an older neighbor get the treatment a couple of times.) If something falls out, they stop to pick it up. Just saw a truck make a mess down the street and 2 crews calmly and quickly got it cleaned up and went right back to work. Uribe puts the “service” in refuse service.
