  As a Board member of my HOA, I appreciate the great service by Uribe Refuse. They have gone above and beyond. We have had residents that left a lot of trash in front of their home when they moved out, instead of putting it out by the curb. The guys picked it all up, including a mattress left in the lawn. Their service has been so reliable, you can almost set your clock by how they keep to the schedule. We also appreciate that they collect recyclables. It is nice to have both services with one provider.

  Uribe has the best haulers I've ever had, and I've lived 67 years in six different states. Currently Steve and Travis are the haulers for my area. They are always ready to help and always with big smiles on their faces. They have gone above and beyond multiple times. Some examples are when they push my can all the way up to my garage door instead of just past the sidewalk. Other times I might be running slow and not have the trash ready, but they’ll patiently wait for me. They don’t even panic when they see me chasing after them like a demented squirrel in a hastily donned bathrobe! Every time I've called the office, they have always been so accommodating and friendly.I have never had one bad or even mediocre experience with them.

  We use Uribe for our weekly trash pick up. They are always timely and do a wonderful job. I cannot recommend them enough!

  Trash blew off truck littering street and yard as they drove away. Never even fully emptied my bin. Called, texted and emailed them. They never returned as promised to empty bin. What am I paying for? Discontinuing service Now that I am dropping service, they even are billing me for the day they did not take away my trash. They finally credited the day they didn't haul trash properly after numerous texts. Poor service. I wont be recommending them to future realtor clients.
