Both the workers who came to do our A/C inspection went above and beyond by cleaning out our A/C unit, taking pictures of all the issues they found and offered us options on how to correct what was wrong with our unit. I’d highly recommend Star City for any A/C repair. Zach was extremely efficient in his work, helped clarify any questions I had about my plumbing and was very personable. He deserves some kudos for going the extra mile. I’d highly recommend Star City for their plumbing expertise and exceeding expectations with their customer service.

Professional, polite, described everything so it was easy to understand every detail in the cost. He fixed a leak I didnt know we had. Its stressful and hard when things break so having a company help take care of it with efficiently and understanding is seriously the best. Highly recommend.
