I had new flooring installed in my home last month. Mark was very informative about product and helpful in making the final decision. Obie and his installation crew worked with precision and I enjoyed listening to the sound of their banter as they worked upstairs. I am now enjoying my beautiful entrance, living room, dining room, and hallway flooring without a single complaint about LL, the salesperson, or the installation team. My experience from beginning to end was 100% positive. I will recommend them to others with no reservation.

We went to Lumber Liquidators for our luxury vinyl flooring. We worked with Mark and he was very helpful. He showed us exactly what we needed for our specific situation. He will also be very honest and tell you what won’t work. I would recommend going to Lumber Liquidators for your flooring needs. He was very helpful and professional.

UPDATE: We did continue to follow up with our issue as they replied to this review to do so. Here's the deal. They put us off so long to complete their bankruptcy and then said "sorry we have new owners and there is nothing we can do". We had a LIFETIME guarantee and there is nothing they can do. However, how strange is it that they have the same employees and just switched their name back to Lumber Liquidators instead of LL flooring. Such a joke. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I NEVER give negative reviews as I always believe that people/companies make mistakes and it's not fair to drag a name through the mud. HOWEVER, I have tried to play fair and be a good person and have been treated beyond poorly.DO NOT GO TO LL Flooring in Lincoln Nebraska.  We built our house 2 years ago and after a year the main level flooring started to have issues.  I contacted my contractor and he contacted LL Flooring.  The Lincoln location forwarded him to the "corporate" office where they asked for pictures.  I took pictures of several spots that are having issues.  After months they company told our contractor that it is our fault these things are happening.  Let me tell you.  We spent a good amount of money to build a house that we saved up for years to make happen.  We are empty nesters and my house is kept immaculate as I LOVE our floor plan and feel blessed to have this house.  I would NEVER do anything to harm the floor and this is false.  I have tried to talk to the people in Lincoln and they said it is out of their hands.  I have tried to call the corporate office and they won't talk to me because I am not on their "file" our contractor is.  My contractor just informed me that we are probably to the point of needing a lawyer. We were guaranteed LIFETIME GUARANTEE on all of our flooring.  Our main floor hasn't even lasted 2 years and now I'm being told to get a lawyer if I really want to battle the lifetime guarantee. This is inexcusable and I am still in shock that NO ONE will talk to me or even make the trip to my house to see how bad it is.Many businesses make mistakes but they take pride in making it right for their customers.  LL-Flooring of Lincoln IS NOT ONE OF THEM. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
