  We were so happy with the service provided by John Henry’s. Alex was very personable yet professional. He knew how to solve our problem and instructed us on how to keep things working properly in the future. He arrived in a very timely manner and there was great communication with dispatch about what we needed. He also cleaned up the mess that our plumbing problem caused. He went above and beyond and we would not hesitate to recommend John Henry’s to friends and family. Thank you so much! We would definitely call again!

  I made a appointment for today May 18th 2026. I made it three weeks ago. I received a text this morning saying they couldn't come out for my AC service because it was going to be to hot. The high today is 88 degrees, no heat advisory, no heat warning just a normal Nebraska day. They told me that they would reschedule it another two weeks out. Which will most likely be hotter. It has been o er 90 degrees this week so I guess none of their techs have worked this week if you go by 88 degrees being to hot to do a AC check. I guess dont use this company if it's going to be warm in Nebraska, they won't come out.

  Garret came and wired our home for a doorbell camera and outdoor floodlights. He was very professional, kind, and helpful. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond. John Henry is so helpful and they do a fantastic job. They have done wiring in our home, outside of our home, duct cleaning and sanitizing, HVAC maintenance, and helped us with our water softener. We love that they educate us and are always ready to lend a helping hand. Highly recommend and they are the only company we use. Appreciate you, John Henry!

  Dave H., Jimmy, Brock & Alexus earned these five stars for this company. Thanks again, all. We needed to replace our main sewer line—a project that would excite few homeowners, I suspect. However, it had to be done, and I’m glad we chose John Henry’s. The team was efficient, attentive, responsive and respectful. Several months ago, we also had to invest in a new HVAC unit. The work JH’s did on that job was also reliably and professionally performed. After some recent work with various contractors, both in this field and others, it’s worth recognizing the service and quality we experienced working with John Henry’s. The price we paid for having these jobs done right the first time is worth every penny and the peace of mind. Thank you!

  Unsure what to do now. I have contacted them over a dozen times to no avail. Equipment is working great. After several attempts to pass city inspection, lastly the technician removed a bedroom door and never returned to re-install it after the inspection passed. Then there was the water leak from a broken part that flooded part of the basement. Their photos showed they were the last ones in the basement. It has been several months, nothing. Basement bedroom is still in disarray hoping for someone to check/clean the carpet and check the walls for mold, and my son put his door back on, probably causing an inspection issue. Unsure if there is most damage in the boxes stored in the basement. Too many red flags.
