  We had Joe from Harley's heating and air-conditioning out today to do our yearly A/C check. Very personable, we've had Harley's since we built our house 28 years ago. Definitely recommend them!

  Harley’s has done the semi annual maintenance of our heating and cooling systems for many years. This spring the representative they sent was new for us. We appreciated the fact that the same representative had taken good care of us over the years. The new representative did his job well: he was punctual, polite and professional. One thing that impressed me was that he contacted the senior representative with a question about our system when he ran into the problem. He got the info he needed and completed the job. This speaks well for him.

  Joe came today for a cool-check. Joe has been here several times over the years. Always nice and professional and courteous. Everyone that's been here have been great. Joe supplies all the information we need to keep everything working efficiently. I highly recommend Harley's!

  Harley’s was prompt on the day they came to clean our vents. The tech called to check how to get into the house. He let me know how long he expected to be, which was 1/2 the time that was predicted by the office personnel. He was there the full time of the estimate, calling with suggestions on how to keep up and how often the service may be needed. We found one space that needed cleaning after the work was gone and one vent still have film on it. Overall I was impressed the work. I would have them out again when needed.
