  Just want to say my experience with Mr John Snyder was very inspiring explained everything in detail wasn't rushing didn't leave nothing out was honest and didn't hide anything from me that I was worried about very professional and did a great job explaining everything highly recommend him to anybody who wants somebody that's honest and explains everything to the fullest without leaving anything out thank you

  The crew was friendly and considerate to safety and not scuffing up our floors and stairways. The installation experience could have been better thus the 4 stars. Unfortunately we discovered a few things after they left the initial installation. There were a few minor issues and one major issue. They left a lot of grit and pebbles on the floor from removing the concrete. The newly poured concrete wasn’t as smooth at the edges as I expected yet this may be that way to keep the seams from separating. The sump pump cover was left messy as covered around seams with concrete and therefore there was substantially more debris in the sump pit than should be. These were minor and would not have rated below 5 yet because of the main issue I gave a 4. This was that the sump pump leaked all over the floor when it ran for the first time. Apparently there was not enough glue used initially to seals pipe connection. So overall not completely satisfied after the fact on the job of installation. However they came back and fixed it within 1 day after we notified them of the issue and it was during a very busy rainy period. Overall I think they provide a good service and product and friendly and prompt customer service.

  Mike came out for the estimate and was incredibly nice and personable! He wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to bs me or upscale anything. Walked me through the whole process. I have at least one other company coming in for an estimate just to compare still, but overall seems like a great honest company.

  Donald and Guiles came to complete a job at my home in Granby, MA in September 2026. They were extremely professional from start to finish. They arrived on time and took the time to thoroughly explain everything before beginning the project. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. They worked slowly, carefully, and thoughtfully to ensure the project was completed without causing any damage to my concrete slab. They also pitched my slab perfectly, which was very important to me. I truly appreciate the care, attention to detail, and professionalism they put into the entire job. I would highly recommend them!

  We have had nothing but amazing experiences from the initial phone call to follow up after projects were done. We had wall plates put in in 2024. Just recently we had the foam jacking done. They stand behind their work. What is really amazing is after the work is done they will still return our calls. Thank you so much Travis....Ivan....Issac. Ivan and Issac took their time explaining what they will do ( even though Travis told me ) step by step. They answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. They were very engaging and they made me feel like they cared about me as me and not just $$$. Our two year old grandson wanted to talk to them and be held by them. They treated him with same respect as they gave me. I would highly recommend Groundworks if you are in need of this kind of work. You will not be disappointed !!!!!!
