  We recently had a new A/C and furnace installed, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the very beginning, Dave’s team provided excellent communication and kept us informed every step of the way. Their customer service was top-notch, friendly, professional, and genuine. The installation was completed promptly, and the crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. Most importantly, they provided us with much needed relief quickly, getting our home comfortable again. If you're looking for a company that delivers great service, clear communication, and fast, reliable results, I highly recommend them. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

  We had an issue and called Sunday evening, they were at our house 9:00 Monday morning and had the air conditioning running in less than and hour. Quick service And reasonable, Very nice to work with. Will call again.

  I guess I'll offer a 1 star rating because they showed up in a reasonable time.frame. My AC suddenly was not cooling my house. I did the basic trouble shooting and then called Dave's. The woman who answered my call said a technician would call me when they were headed my way. About an hour an 45 minutes later I had already removed the capacitor from the AC unit and was headed to Ace Hardware to buy a replacement. I don't have a multimeter that can test capacitors so I was guessing. Dave's Tech called me when I was on my way back home with the replacement part. I met him in my driveway and he came into my backyard in time for me to explain that I had already removed the capacitor and went and bought the replacement. He tested the old capacitor with his multimeter and as I suspected it failed. I then asked him how much I was already in for charges. He said $95. Mind you, this was 2 minutes in at the most. He then offered to connect the new capacitor that was in my hand for $50 additional. $145 total. Thanks??? Replacement consists of connecting 4 wires to the posts of the new capacitor. He said he'd also test the coolant pressure. I said okay, just to get the transaction done and get my house back to cooling. Dude was present on my property for 15 minutes total and I was out $145. Crazy ridiculous price considering I did almost all the work. He literally connected the 4 wires on the new capacitor and then did a completely unnecessary coolant check. I did everything else myself. No joke it was 15 minutes of "work" on his part and the coolant pressure check was totally unnecessary. I'm writing this review as a warning to fellow homeowners to be aware of the predatory nature of these companies like Dave's. They were at my house for 15 minutes and it was $145 and I supplied the replacement part. Completely ridiculous. And it's all on video in case Dave's wants to object to the facts. $580 an hour??? Okay, Mr. Rockefeller.

  Whatever I need help with my air conditioner I call Dave. They answer the phone right away and send someone out as soon as possible. I have him on speed dial. The only place I need for my air conditioner service
