  I am the Production Manager at Big Step Construction, and we regularly purchase flooring materials from Carpetland in Lincoln. I typically work with Damion, and he’s always been helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We handle our own installation, so I can’t speak to their install services, but the quality of the materials, pricing, and overall service have been great. I’d definitely recommend Carpetland for flooring materials.

  Ive been doing business with these guys for 10+ years, Damion and the rest of the sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The warehouse guys are top notch and they are always very friendly and professional. Best flooring supplier in town.

  I’ve been a General Contractor for around 10 years and have worked with Carpetland on multiple projects. Damion Brophy has been my contact for almost every job. I cannot thank him enough for all of the hard work and dedication he puts in to make my flooring jobs go smoothly and stay within budget. I would highly recommend Carpetland for your flooring needs. I also have to give Jeff Bennett a shoutout as he has also been amazing to work with on installs to make sure they run smoothly.

  The worst experience i have ever had. I walked in and stood at the doort counter area for a good 3 minutes waiting for one of the 4 people to look and talk to me. I walked to the wood floor area, walked around there for a good 5 minutes waiting for on of the 2 people in that area to ask me what I needed or was looking for. They kept talking to each other. I walked up to the counter again and stood in front of a guy behind the counter and waited. He finally asked what I needed. I told him what I was looking for. He looked over at a guy at his desk and said this guy knows more about flooring. I told him what I was looking for. He said go look in the discounted room. Where is that at? He kinda got grumpy and walked me over to the room. He briefly explained how it worked and told me to look around. I started looking and had questions but he was gone. So I walked out and took my business to a place that wanted to help me. I will never step foot in this place again.
