Came and addressed issues immediately upon inspection.......then was unreachable for 2 weeks through phone calls and voice mails. Finally got a return call 1 hour after I suggested in my final voicemail about hiring someone to fix it. Was met with excuses that even my 8 year old wouldn't use and then refusal to accept accountability. Never did i want anything for FREE. his words were they are walking away. THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY IT WAS 40 YEARS AGO. Not same owners and apparently quality is off the menu. Staples not pulled, holes everywhere, feels like sandpaper with socks on walking on this floor, large chunks of debris in top coat etc. And they dont PULL base or shoe?????? Just Stain up against and ruin your base boards. MARVELOUS. If anyone wants to discuss it i aint hard to find.

The many years in the trade showed from start to finish, from the detailed labor to the minimal mess that was left behind for such a big job. I felt their cost was very reasonable and they completed the job in the promised amount of time. I highly recommend Carl and his team and will call on them again in the future.
