- RZRose ZlomkeSep 28, 20261.0Afrer reading other reviews, I find it hard to believe that the quality of their work can vary so much! They ruined our floors! Their Sanders scratched our floors, They did not clean the floor properly before varnishing and the entire service has rough pebbly marks that you can see and feel, in half a dozen places there is actually strands of hair embedded, there are places that they missed varnishing, Staining in the corners and around columns is awful, and I could go on with other examples of their poor quality of work! They did not address our concerns and to be honest, we would not hire them to fix the floor at this point.
- LRLilrent@gmail.com renteriaJul 21, 20261.0Awful experience. Did subpar job. Came and addressed issues immediately upon inspection.......then was unreachable for 2 weeks through phone calls and voice mails. Finally got a return call 1 hour after I suggested in my final voicemail about hiring someone to fix it. Was met with excuses that even my 8 year old wouldn't use and then refusal to accept accountability. Never did i want anything for FREE. his words were they are walking away. THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY IT WAS 40 YEARS AGO. Not same owners and apparently quality is off the menu. Staples not pulled, holes everywhere, feels like sandpaper with socks on walking on this floor, large chunks of debris in top coat etc. And they dont PULL base or shoe?????? Just Stain up against and ruin your base boards. MARVELOUS. If anyone wants to discuss it i aint hard to find.
