  Disappointed in communication and service from Reggie and crew. I was charged $240 for replacing two outlets and one light switch timer. I provided the parts for the outlets and light timer. I'm in a new house. Reggie and team wired the house but did not properly document where an Ethernet cable for internet in my basement was wired to. This resulted in wasted time hunting where it was connected. The crew didn't know how to test internet connectivity so I helped using my personal computers. After 2 visits, I was told that it would cost another $200 or so in order to connect the internet cable to the room where I wanted it connected. I said no thanks since I had already installed a mesh wireless system for around $150 and did not want to pay more just to connect my internet. I was billed 6 months after the work was performed with no communication about when to expect the bill and how much it would cost.

  I just moved into a new home and had some things the inspector suggested we fix also I had a fan and light fixture I wanted installed! Kale and Tanner did an amazing job. They were professional and thorough and did a great job! I will definitely be requesting them in the future! Also Brooke was amazing to schedule with and made the whole process super easy. 10/10 experience

  Had a great experience with A&R. I hired them to add in some new outlets and lighting, and the process was smooth and reasonably priced. Thank you to Kyle, Nelson, and Drake for your work!

  A & R electric wire all the electrical for my newly built house in late 2021. I have been hearing light switches flickering or clicking without anyone operating them throughout the day since we moved in. I wasn’t think much about it at first and thought it could be some kind of sensor, besides we were so busy, so I didn’t do anything about it. The door bell was having problems on and off after the first year and no longer working now. I contacted the company via email and text several times since 11/16/24, their latest response is that with the warranty period having ended a couple years ago, I would be responsible for the invoice following service. Their price for one hour minimum is $120 and after that we charge $30 for every 15 minutes. For any material $25 per depending on the type of outlet I have. 😨

  I have always had fast complete friendly service with a&r and will continue to use them and refer them whenever I can
