  Did not do all work contracted, a lot of things were not even attempted to be cleaned. Work that was done was at the bare minimum of move-out ready clean. Quoted me $400 and charged me $1200. Tried to communicate discrepancies and was told 4 times that they would get back to me. Never did. Terrible communication at the very start as I had to communicate 3 times that I did not want my garage cleaned, yet the original contract I was sent included garage cleaning. Ended up having to call a separate company to actually do move-out ready cleaning. Was supposed to have the house ready to have showings, but my entire moving plans were halted because of all this work not done as I had to do a lot of the work myself before I had to move out.

  They have been clean for my mother for 5 years now. She is always excited when they come and happy with the results

  Did an amazing job on our carpets for our rental home very happy with their service. The owner was very sweet and nice and even help dried the carpets because we have a handicap child.

  I wasn't going to write a review and just chalk it up to a loss, but the more people iv talked with and time goes by i just cant help but feeI upset, and taken for a fool. So I'm writing my review to for warn others and to help prevent other people to have to experience what i unfortunately experienced. I recently hired this company to come into my home and do a basic kind of clean up. I asked for floors to be shampooed, kitchen floors to be swept and moped, 1 upstairs bathroom, walls and base boards to be wiped down and stove top and kitchen cupboards to be wiped down as well. After the intial conversation with Aaron the owner to inquire we went over how they charge what I wanted etc. I then spoke to a young lady to verify date, time, what I wanted and was quoted"$250- $300". I thought oh yea that sounds good! I was excited, and when I got home the carpets seemed to be shampooed (old carpet so I didn't expect brand new). The bathroom looked great, the stove and counter tops looked nice, but was almost immediately disappointed when I saw an m&m and crumbs under the cupboards on the floor. Aside from that I was ok with the job on the other things. I was checking my bank account the next day only to find out I was NOT charged the original quoted amount, I was charged $776! I literally thought this had to be a mistake. Upset I called in the morning and spoke to Aaron the owner. I was given a bunch of what I felt like excuses and was over talked as to not really address my complaints. Not one mention of him trying to make my situation right. He apologized and reassured me they always give the total quote, and they would never do my carpets without my consent. I also reassured him I DID tell them to do the carpets, but at no time was there any mention of any numbers except the original quote. As a first time customer, and someone that would of definitely used there services later on I felt completely bamboozled and brushed off. For a business to be " in business for so many years" as I was told I don't understand how you could not offer a way to rectify Your employees mistake! Lesson learned, ALWAYS ask the total for the TOTAL OF EVERYTHING!

  Aaron and the Cutting Edge crew have given our family a gift of time. We needed a cleaning service for our aging parents, to ease the burden for them as well as our family. Our visits can be spent visiting instead of cleaning and straightening. The service has been exceptional. The crew is conscientious and considerate. Owner Aaron listened to my concerns, put my mind at ease and has been so great to work with.
