  We had the absolute best home-building experience with Hildy Homes! From start to finish, we worked with Nicole while living out of state, and she made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Our new home exceeded every expectation we had. Nicole was incredible with communication, providing frequent updates without us even having to ask and making sure every question, request, and detail we brought up was taken care of (and we had a lot of them!). We also want to give a huge thank you to Tyler for helping us find the perfect home. During our short visits to town, he accommodated our limited schedule and walked us through countless homes to make sure we found the right fit for our family. He patiently answered all of our questions and did an excellent job making sure the few minor items we noted were taken care of before move-in. Before closing, we hired an independent home inspector, and even they were impressed by the quality of the construction, the materials used, and how much Hildy Homes includes as standard features. Hearing that from an outside professional gave us even more confidence that we had made the right choice. Building a home from another state can be nerve-wracking, especially when you have limited visibility into the process, but Nicole made us feel informed and supported every step of the way. If you’re considering building a new home, choose Hildy Homes. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you to Nicole, Tyler, and the entire Hildy Homes team for making our dream home a reality. We absolutely love our new home and couldn’t be happier with our experience!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved our experience renting from landon. We rented one of their townhouses for a year and truly enjoyed every moment living in the area. We loved the neighborhood so much that we actually ended up buying a house nearby because it felt so much like home. Landon was an amazing landlord throughout the entire process — responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about his tenants. The townhouse was beautiful, well maintained, and made our transition into the area such a positive experience. We are so grateful for our time and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental experience!
