We have a combined 25 years of previous flooring experience. Dustin grew up in the flooring industry where he learned installation and did sales while in high school for Johnson Cashway. After high school Dustin & Nicole helped start Island Flooring and managed it for 10 years, at that time they decided it was time to going out on their own.
