Called initially about looking into a leak in my roof… was completely blown off & never heard from them again. Gave them another chance- got a quote & gave the go ahead to do the work… MONTHS went by & never heard from them. Awarded work to another company.

Great company! I contacted Jose Cuevas to tarp my mom's roof due to the recent wind storm and they came out fast! Communication was awesome and reacted quick. I honestly would recommend them to anyone in the area who wants someone reliable and trustworthy.

How do I know if I need a new roof or just a repair?
Isolated damage such as missing shingles, small leaks, or flashing problems can often be addressed with repairs. However, if you're experiencing widespread damage, recurring leaks, curling shingles, or have a roof that's over 20-25 years old, replacement is typically the more cost-effective long-term solution.
How long does a roof typically last?
The lifespan of your roof depends primarily on materials and installation quality. Asphalt shingles generally last 20-30 years, metal roofing 40-70 years, and tile or slate can last 50-100+ years. Proper ventilation and regular maintenance significantly extend your roof's serviceable life.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Residential roof replacements are typically completed within 1-2 days. Factors affecting completion time include the size of your roof, material selection, weather conditions, and structural complexity. Larger homes or specialty roofing systems may require additional time.
How much does a new roof cost?
Roofing costs vary significantly based on several factors including roof size and pitch, material selection, whether a tear-off is required, and local labor rates. Due to this wide price range, we recommend scheduling a professional inspection to receive an accurate written estimate tailored to your specific situation.
Do you offer free roof inspections or estimates?
Professional roofing contractors typically provide complimentary roof inspections and detailed written estimates. These assessments allow contractors to evaluate damage thoroughly and discuss appropriate options with homeowners before any work begins.
Will my homeowners insurance cover roof repairs or replacement?
Homeowners insurance generally covers roof damage resulting from sudden events like storms, hail, or wind. Normal aging and deterioration are typically excluded from coverage. Professional roofers can assist in documenting damage properly for insurance claim submission.
What roofing materials do you offer?
Standard roofing material options include asphalt shingles, metal roofing systems, tile or slate products, and flat roofing membranes such as TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen. The ideal selection depends on your budget considerations, local climate conditions, and architectural style.
Are you licensed and insured?
Established roofing contractors maintain proper licensing, bonding, and insurance coverage. These credentials protect homeowners from potential liability and ensure all work meets local building code requirements.
What warranties do you offer?
Professional roofing installations typically include manufacturer warranties covering materials and separate workmanship warranties protecting against installation errors. The duration of these coverage periods varies according to the material type and individual contractor policies.
Can a new roof increase my home's value?
A new roof installation positively impacts property value by enhancing curb appeal, increasing resale potential, and providing reassurance to prospective buyers. Roofing replacement consistently ranks among home improvement projects with the strongest return on investment.
