We’ve been using Millard Heating & Cooling for at least five years now, and every single experience has been a true pleasure. We look forward to seeing them every spring and fall! Their team consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we’re completely satisfied. Whether it’s a routine maintenance visit or something more involved, they treat us with care, communicate clearly, and always leave us feeling confident that the job was done right. Highly recommend this outstanding local company!

We found this company through the Hayward Pool Company web site and could not be more thrilled! First, they had a live person answer the call on the first ring. Second, he was patient and kind and listened to my request. And finally, he took care of setting up an appointment at a specific time (not a four-hour range), followed up with well-timed reminders and arrived on time. Casey was friendly, patient and took the time needed to recreate the issue we were having with our pool heat pump. He reached out directly to Hayward's local rep for additional information and even called via Facetime to get everything taken care of and answer all of my questions. Pretty spectacular service with a smile which is hard to find these days. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks for the great service and the friendly interactions!

Cade was a very conscientious and knowledgeable young man, who took care of the problem we called about in a timely manner, then did a system check as we requested. A fine company we bought our HVAC system from years ago and will continue to use their services.

Absolutely amazing service! Our AC broke in the middle of the night on the hottest day of the year. I called and Chad answered. He was able to send someone out immediately and he truly sounded like he cared and that he would take care of us. They were able to fix the problem in less then 30 minutes. Fantastic in every way!
