  We found this company through the Hayward Pool Company web site and could not be more thrilled! First, they had a live person answer the call on the first ring. Second, he was patient and kind and listened to my request. And finally, he took care of setting up an appointment at a specific time (not a four-hour range), followed up with well-timed reminders and arrived on time. Casey was friendly, patient and took the time needed to recreate the issue we were having with our pool heat pump. He reached out directly to Hayward's local rep for additional information and even called via Facetime to get everything taken care of and answer all of my questions. Pretty spectacular service with a smile which is hard to find these days. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks for the great service and the friendly interactions!

  Great experience with Millard Heating & Cooling - came out on a cold Saturday morning to look at our dead heater - quickly diagnosed the problem & was able to show me the failed part + wear & tear cracks internally (it was a 29 year old system) - easy decision to replace w/ a new unit 1st thing Monday morning - great communication, prompt service, did what they said they were going to do when they said they'd do it, very clean work inside the house - very reasonable price - both Chad & Cade were professional to deal with - glad I called them to help us!

  Chad did an awesome job coming to my home and fixing the heater. The heater would start, but no heat and no air coming out of the air ducts. He came over and, within an hour, everything was running great. I've needed their help twice in the last decade, and each time they did a great job. I highly recommend them as an HVAC repair company to anyone in the Omaha metro!

  Chad and his crew did an awesome job running a gas line for my patio firepit. They were incredibly accommodating and very pleasant to work with. I will recommend Chad anytime I have an opportunity!
