  When you look for a custom home builder today, you look for a company that is creative, trustworthy, reliable, and provides a great customer experience before, during and after the sale. Our experience with Malibu Homes could not have been better. The processes they have in place and their attention to detail are exactly what is needed when building a new home. They were creative in their approach to challenges and everyone we worked with was professional and very customer focused. We are very pleased with the finished project and their service after the closing has been tremendous.

  Malibu was very professional and helpful in the building of our home. They helped us in the decision making process to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and to help us through times when we were unsure what to do. They were always available anytime we needed something. Even after the home was completed, they continued to be responsive and helpful as things needed to be touched up. If you are planning on building an Executive home, we believe the quality of a Malibu home is the best in our market.

  Awesome experience with Malibu Homes. Mike and his staff helped us along the way with design, planning and building our home. Very professional group and follow-up after completion was excellent. Anyone looking for a builder that is experienced, attentive and fair priced should consider Malibu Homes.
