  I bought a Malibu home and have a few questions about a construction issue that only the owner, Mike can answer. After leaving numerous voicemails and even going to his office and leaving a message, he refuses to call me. If I'm looking for a builder, I'd definitely bypass this guy. What kind of service would you get from someone this inconsiderate? Update: Malibu's response below is utter baloney. I didn't receive any voicemails or missed calls. Also, they can't have info on the main reason for my calls for the simple reason that I haven't asked the questions yet! Mike is the only guy that knows what was done 16 years ago but he won't call me back so I can ask him!

  When you look for a custom home builder today, you look for a company that is creative, trustworthy, reliable, and provides a great customer experience before, during and after the sale. Our experience with Malibu Homes could not have been better. The processes they have in place and their attention to detail are exactly what is needed when building a new home. They were creative in their approach to challenges and everyone we worked with was professional and very customer focused. We are very pleased with the finished project and their service after the closing has been tremendous.

  My wife and I just moved into our home that was built by Malibu. Mike was always willing to work with us from the moment we first met him and he showed us our lot and is still helping after we’ve moved in. The foremen, Devin and Aaron were great communicators for the duration of the build and we’re always available. Renee and Sarah were very detailed and were always willing to explain an invoice or answer a question. Sheila and Erika were irreplaceable when it came time to make selections and the overall design of the house. Would recommend this team 10 out of 10 times, we couldn’t be more happy with how our house turned out or how seamless and FUN the entire process was.
