  We hired Highrock to rebuild our home after it was largely destroyed by a tornado in 2024 and couldn’t be happier with our decision here. Our home was less than a year old when it was destroyed and the rebuild performed by Highrock was substantially better than the original construction by a wide margin. Aaron and Sean were incredibly helpful and exceptionally responsive throughout the whole process. Our calls were returned immediately, which we greatly appreciated during a very difficult time for us. We were consistently kept informed of the progress of the rebuilding and we received a lot of helpful suggestions to improve the house and save a bit of money at the same time. Highrock was absolutely on top of the whole construction process from permitting to completion. The house was delivered quickly and on schedule, and we were fortunate to be one of the first in our neighborhood to be able to move back in. A lot of our neighbors who used different builders unfortunately did not have the exceptional experience that we did. I was hearing “We should have used your guy” a lot. We would strongly recommend Highrock for any future home remodeling and construction needs. These guys actually care about the quality of their work and the people that they are performing it for. Aaron and Sean were awesome throughout the whole process, and we are immensely grateful for their help in getting us through a very difficult time. Thanks again Aaron and Sean, the house turned out great!

  Overall experience was great. Great communicators, subs were professional, meticulous and friendly. Had daily updates on progress and what to expect. At the end of it all we love the total remodel and would not have changed a thing. Very pleased. Would definitely use Highrock again for any future remodel projects.

  Working with this company was a huge mistake. I could give a hundred of examples of how miserable this experience was but here are a few: 1. There was extremely poor craftsmanship throughout the entire project. 2. The contractors did not follow our architect’s plans. 3. Changes were made and executed without ever discussing with us. 4. We received little to no communication about the project, especially when problems arose. We would not get responses even after multiple attempts at communication with Aaron. 5. When things went wrong we were always given excuses instead of solutions. 6. Aaron, his company, and his contractors have absolutely no accountability. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Update: We did our project with Highrock two years ago and we are still dealing with the aftermath of the horrible craftsmanship. This project has cost us so much extra time, money, and frustration. We have had to hire multiple sub-contractors to fix issues that seem to continuously show up. Most recently, it was frost accumulating on the walls of our addition that will require removal of drywall. Working with Highrock was the most miserable experience of my life and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
