- BMB.C. ManionOct 28, 20265.0Cameron arrived at my home, diagnosed what was causing my problem and resolved my issue. He was obviously knowledgeable and committed to excellent work.
- MNMichael NolanOct 27, 20265.0They arrived within a couple hours of my call and repaired the sink drain and snaked the lines to remove a clog. Great service.
- SKSara KelleyOct 27, 20265.0Big Birge Plumbing sent Cameron out the same day I called. He did an excellent job for us. Fully explained what he did to fix dripping issues at 2 sinks. Even cleaned up the messes the dipping had caused under both sinks. Greatly appreciated.
- MWMary Beth WinnerOct 26, 20265.0Very happy with the service from Dennis at Big Birge. Knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and honest. Highly recommend.
- SSSarah SextonOct 16, 20265.0We trust Big Birge. Not only are they helpful on the phone or even internet posts, giving tips/advice on how to prevent having to call them to your house, when they do come, they’re very respectful and helpful in diagnosing, explaining, and fixing the problem. They’ve unclogged drains then recommended how best to care for them so they don’t require a future call, hopefully, for that issue. Very honest. We also replaced our water heater which was a tough pill to swallow and I trusted they weren’t selling us one just to make more money rather, that we did actually need a new one since we had built up trust over the years. Their pricing is fair and comparable when I’ve looked at others around town. They also give back to the community and are philanthropic owners which is another plus.
