  Very easy to get a hold off. They had appointments withing a day or two compared to other companies. The technician was communicative when he was going to be there and gave a 30 minute heads up. Management is great and communicates with you if you have issues.

  Jamal did an outstanding job installing our thermostats. He was fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The installation ended up being much more complicated than we originally expected, but he handled every curveball with ease and professionalism. Instead of leaving us without a working thermostat, Jamal quickly came up with a plan and followed through until everything was completed and working perfectly the same day. His dedication, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude really stood out. We truly appreciate the hard work and would highly recommend Jamal to anyone needing HVAC service!

  Whenever our pipes decide to leak it is always on a weekend or holiday. This time it was both. We couldn't get our normal plumber out because of the holiday, so we thought we would try Apex Plumbing in Elkhorn. They sent Jamal Addison out and he and his coworker Dwayne had our problem fixed in a few hours and the charge was very reasonable. They did a fantastic job and were extremely kind. Thank you Jamal and Dwayne fir saving our weekend and holiday! God bless you both! Thank you Apex! Looks like these fellows are due a raise! Good help is hard to find these days.

  The whole team at Apex were absolutely fantastic to work with for my furance & heat pump installation. From Kerri to Duane to Dylan they were wonderful. They knew what we needed & made sure the work was completed correct. I would highly recommend Apex & their team!
