Ross worked very hard with my insurance company to help me get fair compensation for the damages I had and the work I needed done.

Anderson roofing was contracted to redo the siding on my apartment building. They planned to do this during the day, starting at 9am on weekdays. The problem is I work nights and sleep until about noon each day. So I contacted my apartment manager to ask them to schedule the work to where I could still get some sleep. My manager said “yep no problem”, and that they would work around my need to sleep. Where do the contractors start? Not two feet from where I’m sleeping, 9am on the first day of work. Now I understand the work has to get done, but there was a complete lack of care and communication on Anderson’s for what was a simple accommodation. Pretty frustrating as it caused me to miss work due to being unable to sleep.

11 years later after an EPDM install at our home plus a repair 2 years later we have to have it completely redone. We were told to turn it in for insurance claim. Several other roofing companies have explained it was not hail damage. They took no responsibility. Did not follow up when they found this out. Very poor customer service to say the least.

I have worked with Son on many roofing and siding projects for myself and have recommended Anderson whenever someone asks for a reputable company. Son is very quick to answer questions and get things done. Nothing but tremendous quality from his team of workers. Anderson is an honest and reliable company to hire to do your exterior jobs!!!!

Anderson Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof! I live out of town and appreciated Son Sean’s professionalism, communication and recommendations along the way. The pictures of the new roof look spectacular and the buyers are thrilled. Comes with a strong warranty as well. The roof replacement was part of a real estate transaction and therefore attention to detail with invoicing and payment was key, all of which he facilitated flawlessly. Highly recommend Son Sean at Anderson Roofing!
