  5 out of 5 only because 20 out of 5 isn’t possible. 😊 They are/were quick with coming “onsite” to talk to us about what we were looking for, getting three (3) detailed proposals only four (4) days after onsite visit. Absolutely NO “pressure” after getting the quotes…..very pleasurable and professional with follow up questions. When we decided on the proposal, scheduling the work was easy, and a few days later actually called to see if he could start sooner because the weather was “cooperating” (we had our project done April of 2026. They completed the project only in two (2) days!!! Removed and disposed of the original deck and by 4’ish the following day, completed!!! They left the yard cleaner (literally) than it was originally……Josh and his crew were quick, detail oriented and personable. So, our deck has been completed for almost three (3) months – with snow high wind’(s) hail and rain…..and we couldn’t be happier! I would without ANY reservation suggest giving Josh a call if your looking for deck/patio repair or replacement. On a side note….there were four (4) other vendors that we spoke to at the: 2026 Home & Garden Show that took place 26-02-27 and Josh was the only company that called!!! IMO, there is a LOT to be said about Josh and his organization and other organizations that perform the same work!!!

  Josh and his crew were great to work with when deciding what we wanted done to our old existing deck. They were fast and the deck looks fantastic! We couldn’t be happier and we highly recommend FM Home & Patio!

  I have used Josh for several projects ranging from simple wood decks, to beautiful maintenance free decks. Before you check the box for the builder to sub out your deck, get a quote from Josh. We got a 12X12 deck, with better wood, for the same price the builder was going to charge for a 10X10 deck made from pine. Decks have been done in a timely manner and Josh was quick to stop out and take care of a few small issues.

  They did a wonderful job installing our deck and were very quick and efficient. Josh was very responsive throughout the entire process and was helpful even on the last minute changes to our deck.

  We had a nearly catastrophic event with our deck after just one year of use. The posts were not secured to ANYTHING and had shifted so badly, that 75% of all three of them were just hanging in the breeze. We are thankful that this was discovered before the whole thing collapsed.
