I have a bigger project now and wanted to consult them on it but knew they wouldn’t get back to me due to my prior experience so I went to the showroom. A woman came out of her office and looked annoyed to see me, I asked to discuss my project and she said she couldn’t and I need to talk to a design consultant, I asked to discuss my project with a design consultant and she said I couldn’t. I’m trying to pay them money to do projects but they won’t give me the time of day
