  DO NOT GIVE MAD CITY ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION. Everyone I speak to at the company from local office, to call center, says I am no longer in their system whatsoever...yet I still get AI sales calls from their call center number. Terrible experience with this company, which includes a 2 hour timeshare style sales pitch. STAY AWAY

  Would recommend Mad Cityfor your remodeling. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They work with you to meet your expectations and assist with financing if need. We're pleased with our shower remodel.

  We replaced 10 windows with Mad City. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the windows, as well as the installers (Kris & Colby). The company communicated well, completed the project ahead of anticipated timeline, and were great to work with. Kris & Colby were knowledgeable, hard-working, respectful, and a delight to get to know. Mad City may not the cheapest option out there, but you will get what you pay for! Thank you Mad City!

  The salesman was here for 4 hours telling use how all there installers go to school and are trained how to install tubs and showers and his sales pitch on the product. So we got a phone call and got the appointment set up for one day the guy got here about 9. Started taking the old tub out and the water guy showed up and did his thing well at 11:30 that night the guy was done and said don’t use it for 48 hours. So we waited and when I used it for the first time the handle for the shower for hot and cold moves all over when you grab it We ordered an adjustable shower head and never got it Paid for it And the ring that goes around the shower head falls down the pipe when the magnet grabs the hand held shower head. Baseboard trip was never cut and is pulled away from the wall and paint is missing were they pulled out the old tub Shower head also leaks water can see it running down the hose I called the field manager 4 days later and that’s been a few days away from a month ago and haven’t heard anything from madcity. They charge a lot and don’t do very good work. Be careful

  Cody D and Lucas did a wonderful job with the installation of our 8 new windows! They were respectful, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied with the company and crew. Thank you guys SO much! I have been recommending the company to everyone!
