  We had them do our windows. First off they started by installing numerous windows upside down. I had to call the operations manager at the time. They did a terrible job tinning the house and tinned over rotten wood. Which they said they would replace at no charge when replacing the windows. We had to have them come back and retin everything. The funny part about this is they said they would replace any rotten wood. Well the second time around of tinning one of there guys that can do stuff actually fixed the screw ups or at least most of them. Replaced I believe 3 more windows with rotten wood as well. Now I have a large window in which they installed numerous times leaks and doesn’t lock still. I have been trying to get this replaced since about January of 2026. Here is my follow-up so far. Large window in living room still doesn’t lock right and draft comes through the window. Called to have them look at it. Jan 2nd no show 2026 Reschedule- Jan 8th @ 7:45am 8:25 no show Then suppose to order a window once they came and looked at it. Skinny guy - don’t know his name. Waited for a window to arrive. No call ever. Eric called Mad City around 7/17/2026 talked to Corey new operations manager/Service manager. Says his predecessor Will left no notes of this window being ordered. Even though Kish and Eric spoke to Will about ordering the window in winter and doing the window when it was nice out. We had lots of issues before when they did the window in the winter time. Corey went and looked in the warehouse or shop for the window. He could not find it. So he sent Gardner who was promoted from installation to whatever his title is now. Gardner called Eric and came over to look at the window before Eric left town 7/17 /2026 Gardner came over looked at the window and took pictures. He later text Eric that the window was ordered and would call when in. This took place now July. Kish and Eric hadn’t heard a thing from Mad city so Eric called again 9/8/2026. Corey said that the window was ordered but came in broken in early August. Eric and Kish never received this information. Corey said he would call me back. I asked if Gardner was still employed at here and he said yes but he was on vacation. Eric called 9/9/2026 early evening to follow up. Corey did not return my call. 9/10/2026. - still no call from Mad City Called again left message for Corey saying this will have to be escalated cause he is not calling back. Date? 9/21/2026- called Fargo office number was transferred to 3rd party answering service. Left message to have Corey’s boss call me back about window that still isn’t ordered. Left # , address and name. At this point I still haven’t heard back from Corey. Most of these things have been fixed. If I hadn’t complained about the finished product they would’ve left things like this in the pictures. I’m trying to get my window replaced because it has a lifetime warranty and 2 of employees have said that it was framed in wrong and or the casing is broken. We just want it fixed.

  We contracted with Mad City to refresh our kitchen cabinets in October 2025. Work commenced 1/19/26 and wasn't completed until 8/20/26, over seven months later. The delay is attributed to poor measuring, damaged product, and what I think is a lack of attention. Production manager Nick promised to refresh our bathroom vanity due to their delays. Instead, I was billed $348. New production manager Corey Goodijohn made promises to call on 8/10/26 and that installation would be completed on 8/13/26. He ghosted me on the call and the installers didn't show up to finish until 8/20/26. The installers were great to work with and seemed sympathetic, but they weren't in control.

  Naol Erena stopped by my house 8/19/26. He was genuinely very polite and very well mannered. I was extremely impressed!
