  Tanner and Brad came out to my house to do an irrigation install on short notice. They were so friendly and professional giving me timeline expectations and updates throughout the process. Highly reccomend giving them a call!

  Conner Meckle was prompt, professional and friendly. He quickly determined what was wrong with my split system air conditioning unit and made the necessary adjustments. He gave me a heads up on things they could do for to keep my 10 year old unit running properly for years to come. Don’t hesitate to call Legacy, they’ll treat you right.

  Fantastic service all around. My air conditioning went out, and after a day of trying to fix it myself to no avail, I decided to call Legacy. I called around 9 in the morning, explained the situation, and told them I wouldn’t be around during the day due to work. That was not a problem at all. They sent a tech over within a couple hours— Jake was both extremely helpful and polite over the phone. He was able to quickly figure out the problem, and he offered me multiple options of how to proceed. I went with his advice, and I came home to a cool house. All of this was resolved within 4 or 5 hours of my initial call in. 5/5, would absolutely use their services again !

  I can see why this business has NO reviews that are less than 5 stars! We had a plumbing issue, Legacy was out and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Jeremy and Owen were absolutely fantastic. They were polite, professional and explained exactly what was happening and WHY it was happening. They opted to replace the shower valve and gave us an access panel, and showed me exactly how to service the cartridge if I ever needed to in the future. Fargo/Moorhead, if you need plumbing, heating, or cooling done, go with Legacy!!
