  Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful to educate me with the entire HVAC system in my newly purchased home. I couldn’t be more thankful for their timeliness as their general inspection detected a faulty part causing condemnable carbon monoxide output. They were able to arrange for the necessary parts, repair time and return to complete it the same day. Literally a life saver!

  Fantastic service!!! Had a 2 day project for a new boiler and water heater and Kyle Knott turned a mess of an old system into a masterpiece! The apprentice that was with him for the 2 days, your work didn't go unnoticed either. The countless trips up and down the stairs, in work boots, is not for the weak. 11/10 would recommend these two. Hope I don't need them back, but would be glad to have them for any future projects!

  Today was a perfect example of why yearly checks on household systems are so important! We had our annual water heater check today—the water heater was perfectly fine, but during the inspection they discovered a leaking pipe above it. Thankfully, it was caught before it turned into a much bigger basement water disaster! Brenda in the office was also incredibly helpful with communication and coordinating everything to get the repair taken care of. Great service all around - Life flows better with Legacy! 😎

  Excellent service. Everyone I've interacted with is patient, friendly, and willing to answer questions. From the person who answers the phone to those who come to your house. I've been a customer since 2017. The most recent work was install of furnace, air conditioner, and tankless water heater.
