  Did great work and were really efficient. Good communication, and didn’t push anything. Only complaint is that we weren’t totally sure when they’d be there, but that’s on us for not setting a time or realizing how flexible our schedule would have to be. A quick call to their line made it easy to check in. Once they showed up, they were quick!

  I had a great experience with Laneys. We had some plumbing issues with our home and called Laneys for repairs. Not only did they provide easy scheduling but they also had amazing personnel. Damon was the plumber who came out to our home and he was patient and informative with me about all the repairs. This was greatly appreciated because as a new home owner everything can be confusing. I will definitely be calling Laney’s again for their service. They were trustworthy and professional. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

  Had these guys come out when my AC quit cooling during a hot week, and they were pretty solid overall. Tech showed up on time, explained what was wrong in simple terms, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. He fixed the issue quicker than I expected and made sure everything was running before leaving. Price was fair from what I could tell, maybe not the cheapest but worth it for the service. Office staff was polite too when I called. I’d use them again if I needed HVAC help.

  Armas was exceptional ! He came to our home and went above & beyond. Laneys is our first choice when it comes to making sure our furnace and central air is checked and working properly. This appointment was for checking our sump pumps (ya we have two…I know it’s obsessive but years ago in Illinois a basement flooded in a home I owned ) I never wanted to hear “Didn’t you know you need a back up ?” Long story short our basement is bone-dry and we are happy Armas took the time to make sure everything was done right . Tyler from Laneys is also incredible. I highly recommend Laneys and will use them in the future .

  Had a heating issue on the weekend. Being mechanically inclined and having experience with electrical in other industries I followed the wiring to find a sequencer failing causing my element to kick on ever 30 seconds. Thankfully our weather is good right now, so I turned the power off to the unit and called Laneys the next day. Received a call rather quickly offering weekend service and a rough cost if what I diagnosed was correct. I chose to wait to just buy the part from them on the next weekday which they stocked. I picked the part up and had one question on it, rather than hassling me or guessing like I've seen elsewhere, the city desk worker got the service manager to confirm it before I could hardly even ask or look in the box which had a wiring schematic showing it all. I generally only leave reviews when a business goes above expectations and the whole Laney's team did which deserves recognition. My kid was even offered a snack when waiting for the few minutes 😂. Heat is working as it should now and the few interactions I had will direct my future business to Laney's as well.
