- FFFranceskoFeb 12, 20261.0Lazy and unorganized . Called them about delivery at 3.30pm- they said they stop receiving at 3 and asked to come at7am. Came back at7am- the sign shows the receiving hours 8am-4pm. No one bother to open the door at 7 even though their trucks come and go since 6am

She didn’t even let me finish my question before she cut me off, before I could respond she hung up on me. Needless to say. If this is how they conduct customer service I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Feeling the sting, I mentioned that the same tool is $10 less on Amazon and the guy said “Well, I guess you’ll be getting it on Amazon then”. Well, for $20 less he was right. Thank you!
