- CKClark Kranz5 days ago5.0Travis from PS Garage Doors arrived in a timely manner. He performed the work of replacing both springs on my 16ft wide door. He was thourough and great ro visit with and answered all my "Garage door" questions! My experience with PS Garage Doors has been very good. The Doors are about 10 years old. When I talked to Brian about warranty, he did a great job of checking on warranty and communicated with me on the progress of the building of the door specific springs. Great communication with the office staff and great service work from the field tech!

We had no problems with anything and would really recommend them. The quality of the door and the opener are 110% better than the big box home improvement stores.

Their service technician, Frank, had already clocked out but said he would come and replace the springs. He didn’t have the correct size springs on his truck and ended up having to go back to the shop to make the correct size. By the time he returned, replaced the springs, and was ready to leave it was after 6 p.m. Frank was professional, courteous, and went the extra mile to get my garage door back in running order. I greatly appreciate him agreeing to come fix my door and not requesting I wait until Monday and leaving early for the day as he could have. I would definitely recommend PS Garage Doors and Frank for any garage door services you may need.
