- RBRobyn BenedictMar 21, 20261.0We were very impressed with Brad and the installers around Labor Day when it was installed... even though the installers did not show up on the scheduled day. We overlooked it. They blamed the installers calling them knuckelheads. In November, the Cortec floors starting migrating away from the wall because the bull noses were not holding it in place. I first called at Thanksgiving. It being a holiday week, Brad was short staffed, but promised to call the next week. Never heard a word. Fast forward to spring...texted him again in early March. He "assumed" the installers took care of it. He will have them call and stop by. Two more weeks go by, nothing. I texted Brad again.. "last chance to make it right!" That was last Thursday...he will have the installers call and do it tomorrow as they're done early on Friday. Waited all afternoon! Nothing. Needless to say, when we carpet the whole basement soon, it will NOT be through Carpet World! They blame everything on the installers instead of taking care of their customers! If you're looking for good customer service, look elsewhere!
