  This company is doing great things and I stand behind them 100%. Beautiful quality houses are being built on quiet, spacious, secluded Lots. So many houses are built 10 ft apart from each other these days it's refreshing to have a neighborhood like this around.

  Just purchased a home in the new Rosinburg Glen subdivision in Zebulon, NC. The home is amazing and the experience with Gabby (agent) Donnie, and Sam ( Community Builders) has been absolutely wonderful. The home is exactly everything we wanted except for the garage. Southern Homes says they are a 2 car garage. They are not. They are a 1 and 1/2 car garage barely. The water heater and steps into the house make it very difficult to park a 17ft long car in the garage. If you just use the garage for storage, then you're good. If you want to park 2 cars, no chance. I believe the plans did not accommodate for the water heater and stairs to be in the garage. So on paper, it looks like a standard 2 car. Buyers beware. Just bring a measuring tape with you and make sure you can fit what you want in the garage.
