  Please be advised to exercise caution when considering Drb Homes. Our experience with this builder has been inconsistent and disappointing. We initially considered purchasing a DRB home based on a great experience previously. However, this time around we experienced repeated instances of poor communication, limited customer engagement and some negative interactions. Customer service was underwhelming at entry level. From the on-site sales agents to the sales manager and even the corporate team. The lack of accountability suggests deeper leadership issues within the organization. We provided multiple opportunities for service recovery, including communication with the corporate leaders, who were even more disappointing. The only reason we reached out to them was to clarify leadership at the local level and share our experience. We ultimately decided not to move forward with anything associated with DRB, even before they sent a gratuitous email saying we don't want your business, only because I brought to light our personal experience with the staff and provided honest feedback. While the experience was frustrating, we are grateful and relieved to have learned this before entering a contract with this company and their questionable approach to customer service. We hope sharing our experience helps others make informed decisions. DRB Homes sales and marketing, no response is necessary. We are not seeking further communication with any of you folks and we are definitely not interested in any DRB products near or far given this horrible experience.   We just celebrated one year in our Sidney Creek home and are very satisfied with it. The build quality was high and the service we received from DRB has been first rate! Kaeli worked patiently with us to find the right model for us. The design center experience was helpful and allowed us to personalize our home. The project manager Jimmy kept in touch with us throughout the build, despite our residing in another time zone. We had a few minor warranty issues come up, and Randy was very responsive and flexible with us to get them corrected. DRB has a top notch team at Sidney Creek!

  Went to look at homes at first the agent was going to go with us to spew us the homes but then sent us alone 2 of the 3 homes were locked and could not get in to view. The other agent we overheard complaining about how it was too cold out and that the customers she had just went to go show a house too to way to long and wanted to look at everything wasting her time. She was not going to show anyone any more houses today they could go by themselves to window shoppers who couldn’t afford to buy she did not try to whisper or care that we could hear her whole conversation we looked at each other shook our heads and decided we definitely we not going to ask her for help just for the other agent to do the same thing. Would not recommend going here to try to buy you will be dealing with agents that do not want to do their jobs
