  We’ve used Todd Brothers for multiple issues both in our personal home & in rentals. Mason Coe has been our tech for every visit along with others for bigger jobs. They’re always personable, on time, polite, and educated in their field. They aren’t there for overkill and will do what is necessary and needed without going over the top as long as they can fix the issue. They run everything by you, including the estimated cost before doing it to get your approval so there are no big surprises. Emily in the office is always amazing to work with for scheduling and billing. I truly love working with these folks.

  Jerry from Todd brothers plumbing was terrific. He was able to assess and fix all of our piping issues, and answered all our questions. He was diligent and professional!

  Todd Brother's Plumbing tech Jerry did an excellent job installing a hot water recirculating pump (to keep hot water on the far side of the house) for us. Very curious, explained everything, and even taught me things about my existing water heater. I highly recommend them!

  Small cabin in Millers Creek. Deep freeze in January blew every PVC line, faucets, shower valve, everything. Todd Brothers sent Mason to evaluate and build a fix-it-list and estimate. Response time was great. We scheduled the work and Mason and his colleague came up and did the work. From the supply line forward, they re-plumbed everything; A to Z and it required some expert creative plumbing in this very old place. Mason’s skills are second to none - his colleagues as well. Professional, personable, and excellent work. I will not go to anyone else for plumbing - these guys are simply the best at unvarnished fair prices and fees. Mason, individually, is an ambassador for the trade and Todd Brothers.

  Extremely disappointing service! Customer service rep that answered calls had an attitude and made comments and asked rude questions instead of being concerned with my plumbing issue. Was given a different number for contact when it came to where services were being rendered which was at a rental property so the number on file wouldn’t apply. They repeatedly called the wrong number, leaving messages that would not be received until later in the evening after hours. Day of appointment service was rendered, but the water was cut off at the main and then was not cut back on nor was there were even checked to make sure that everything was in order and issues had been fixed. When in fact, they made a minor leaking sink problem, a major leaking sink problem after the fact and luckily, we had the tool to cut the water back on at the main. Tried to get back in contact for a day with no success and then they showed back up on the third day unannounced again because they called the wrong contact number making my renter late for work because she didn’t know they were coming. And lastly, being charged $440 to repair a small bathroom sink when two years back for about the same price they fixed a leaking pipe in my driveway. Never will I use them again! Very unprofessional in every way shape and form!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
