- MMMichaelAug 8, 20265.0I could not give a more positive and enthusiastic review of Waters Flooring Center. We had a burst pipe in the crawl space of our house that resulted in the need to demolish floors, a closet, and in the demolition of those things, even more destruction. When we got finished drying out the house very little time remained to rebuild the place before new tenants were supposed to move in. Waters went right to work. Their teams replacing and refinishing the hardwoods, replacing tile and other flooring jumped right in like a football team in the last minutes of play pressing to score one more time. And we finished one day before arrival of the tenants. The work was finished with care and attention to detail; the result was excellent. No attempts to up sell the job, skimp... Doug, the supervisor, even gave me a suggestion that saved me money. With regard to money, they were less expensive than the first company I hired whose business practices made me lose confidence in them. Waters is not just a little store where you can purchase flooring. It is that (and no doubt a good, reputable one), but at the same time a well oiled and experienced contractor for at least interior work. It was impressive to watch them work.
