  Five stars for Geoffrey Sage at the Winston-Salem Tuff Shed! Geoffrey handled my custom build with expert-level knowledge and was available literally anytime and anyplace that I needed him. He’s respectful, fast, and gives great recommendations that actually make sense for the project. An absolute beast of a salesperson. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Noah helped me to pick out a shed..took a good while, because i had so many questions.. We looked and spoke about 4 different models.. even then a garage. His customer service, (surprisingly for a young person) was top notch. All though he is relatively new at the job, the man knows his stuff and obviously studied what they told him. I am a retired manager from at&t for years and we would bend over backwards to find quality employees, because we had high standards and high expectations... and I still do. So when I say I was impressed... I was. Thank you for having him there. Val ntn

  I bought the shed and was scheduled to be built on a Friday and a Saturday. I got a 12x16 building and they said it would take two days to build it. I took the Friday off to be at the house when they come to show them where everything was that they would be needing. I waited around until 11:00 on Friday and finally called to see where they Were just to be told they were not coming that day and that it would be the following Friday before they would come. The following Wednesday I get a call saying they couldn’t come that day, which they weren’t suppose to be, and that it would be Thursday. They came on Thursday and built the shed and buy Friday the shingles fell off. I called and sent them a picture and they sent someone back 4 days later to put shingles back on. They lasted about 2 days and they fell off. So I called again and someone came a week later and put new shingles on again. This time the shingles fell off about 2 hours after they left. So I called again. The man came back the weekend and shingled the building. This time they stayed on. I waited for a week and had to call them about the inspection which they had never scheduled. I scheduled the inspection and it failed for no corner studs for anchors, hurricane straps nailed to the floor joist instead of the rafters, and I have only 4 anchors and the building requires 6. I called and let them know about it and I still haven’t got them to do anything or even call me back!!! That has been a month ago. They are the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with and would never recommend them to anyone!!
