  We decided to get a whole house generator for our residence. I did extensive research for a company that had great reviews and was a local company, and on the different types of generators available. Bretco had reviews that were consistently highly rated. I spoke with Randy Draughn and told him what we wanted. He was very friendly and listened to our needs and agreed that a 22 kW Briggs and Stratton generator would handle all of our generator needs in the event of a power failure. The installation was flawless. All of the Bretco employees on this project were friendly and explained what the installation process involved. I like the EnergyTrak app that keeps us continually up to date on the generator's functions and also lets Bretco know if there is a problem. I like the 10-year warranty on parts, labor and major components. I am pretty particular when it comes to hiring a company, especially on a high-ticket item. I couldn't be happier with our purchase and Bretco's professional service.

  Bretco Electric was great. They had time a day ahead of the scheduled appointment and mentioned if I was available. That was good news. They fixed the electrical outlets that went out. And put new face plates on the outlets. The electrician took time to explain why it went out. He was enjoyable to talk with too. Would definitely recommend Bretco to others and will use them again.
