  Outstanding business; prompt, perform all they promise when promised, excellent workmanship and hard working employees who take pride in their work They replaced 4 room of carpet/flooring in our beach house and it is stunning. Call Bianca and you absolutely not regret it.

  They were very accommodating to our schedule. Completed on time and were very easy to communicate with. Floor was sanded nicely, damaged areas look as good as new. Stain and finish makes it look like a brand new floor.

  My review isn’t based on work but on customer service. I am doing my first remodel and I need a lot of work at home. I specifically looked for local companies and was impressed that this was a female own company. I also noticed they had good reviews and running ads which gave me the impression that they were taking on work. I submitted a request for a quote and it was quickly schedule and I had Vicente come in to give me a quote. Here is where things went bad… Not only did he never provide a quote he never even responded. I reached out to the company because it seem odd and let them know I was surprised by it. Whoever answered told me that the quote was coming and apologized for the delayed… well that hadn’t arrived. My impression is they just didn’t think the job was big enough? I am sharing because I am a solo women homeowner and I believe respect and professionalism goes both ways. So if someone else is in my position sees it and is aware or take your money to another company that considers worthy and green. I was trying to add photos of the communication but it wouldn’t let me. Once I can I will add to show proof.

  Vincent and his team were amazing! They were very responsive, had great attention to detail, answered all questions, and made some last minute adjustments to meet our needs! They also didn't want me to pay the balance until after the job was done and we waited a few days to make sure it all was to our liking! We will certainly use them for future projects!

  Absolutely incredible company. We hired Wonder Floors to pull up carpet and restore the wooden floors in our historic home. Because our house was built in the 1800's, every project comes with surprises. Bianca (owner of Wonder Floors) was absolutely amazing. She understood our vision and worked closely with her team to ensure they delivered quality work. We can't believe how incredible our floors look, and we're so grateful for Bianca's thorough communication throughout the process and commitment to getting things done in a timely manner. Wonder Floors and Home has a thoughtful, resourceful owner, talented team, and great customer service. We'd truly recommend them to anyone!
