  Our generac generator is a year old and we wanted someone to service it. We chose SKC Electrical Service, because we looked on the Generac website and they were a PowerProElite+ Generac Service dealer with Generac factory trained technicians. Lucas was the technician who came to our house to service our generator. He was polite, professional, and thorough. He serviced the generator and inspected the entire generator and transfer switch installation to ensure that it was installed per Generac specifications. He took time to explain how the system works and made several suggestions. I was very impressed with the service and plan to use SKC Electrical for our annual maintenance each year.

  I have been using SKC for years and have consistently excellent service. They seem to be a privately owned company where the operations and decision making are happening by people who are committed to doing the right thing.
