  I cannot say enough positive things about RTC Restorations. From the first day we met with Oscar and shared our vision of transforming our large deck and small screen porch to a large porch and small grilling deck, he listened intently; offering suggestions and design tips along the way. When we received the estimate, we found it to be fair but slightly higher than our budget. Again, Oscar was helpful in giving us alternative options to better align with our budget while not compromising our vision. From the start of the demolition/construction Miguel, Cristhian, Oscar Sr and all of their work crew were wonderful. Each day they were prompt, their workmanship was excellent, they cleaned the worksite at the end of the day and they were always respectful. Throughout the process, Cristhian especially kept in touch with how the progress was going and when we asked for small additions and changes they happily obliged. It was continually communicated to us that their goal was for us to be happy with our new porch and they met that goal- we are very pleased and would certainly use RTC again!

  Working with RTC Restorations was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to quality. Before we reached out, we followed RTC on Instagram for over a year, watching their posts and getting a feel for their style. Every project they shared showed consistency, creativity, and pride in their work—and we’re happy to say they brought that same level of care to our own home. What stood out most was their attention to detail and communication throughout the entire process. Every element of our deck, even the more complicated features such as removeable panels surrounding the hot tub, were carefully considered and expertly executed, as if they were building it for their own home. It’s rare, unfortunately, to find a company that combines skill and professionalism the way RTC does. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would confidently recommend RTC Restorations to anyone looking for top-tier deck construction and service. We’re already looking forward to working with them again if we take on any future improvements.

  Oscar, Omar, Christian and the whole crew at RTC Restorations did a great job on my deck project. They replaced over 900 sq ft of 20+ year old wooden deck and rails with composite deck and rails. What was and painting and maintenance issue is now beautiful and easy to maintain. They were responsive and easy to work with. They were on time and worked diligently to get my project done. Thanks to the whole crew!

  Oscar and his team did an exceptional job building out my deck exactly how we agreed. And just as important, he completed this work at a very reasonable price.
