  We’re thankful we chose O’Brien Service Company to install our new HVAC system. Their professionalism throughout the entire process shined above the rest. Everyone we communicated with at O’Brien‘s was detailed, organized, kind, and knowledgeable. Matt Childree was wonderful throughout the quote and design process including providing options for relocating the new HVAC system to a more ideal location. Gauge Hancock and the other team of installers treated our home like their own, but more importantly, they did an amazing job with the install and kept us informed during the installation. Thank you to the O’Brien team for giving us peace of mind and confidence knowing we chose the right service company.

  Eric, Jackson& Eli at O’Brian’s replaced our broken HVAC system with care, efficiency and respect of our property. They are exceptionally personable young men with good attitudes. What a great team! Over all the entire experience from Adam’s evaluation and the coordination in the process has been seamless.

  We highly recommend O'Brien Service Company for water heater installation. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer our questions and accommodate our needs. We received a fair quote with no hidden fees and stuck to it. I cannot say enough good things about Kyle and Ryan work effort. They worked efficiently, removed the tank, left our place very clean and were also able to walk us through on how our new system operates. Great price, great customer service. We would absolutely use them again."

  Unfortunately Obrians was very late in arriving as we waited all day for a plumber to clear our kitchen sink. They finally showed up as tech was finishing up a job 10 minutes away in Calabash. The price given to me the day before was $124 to clear the clog. Upon arrival the plumber quoted $537 for a 15 minute job. He stated the $124 was a dispatch fee. The office listened to the recording and it showed a discrepancy in detail. The dispatch invoice will not be paid. I don't know how they stay in business.

  Great experience from start to finish! Our design specialist, Jeremy, did a great job of explaining the benefits of replacing our old system with a Daiken system and helping us feel comfortable and confident with that decision. We're glad we did! Our installers, Mike and Pierce, did a great job! Worked tirelessly and efficiently, were very respectful to our home, and did an excellent job of explaining different parts of the system to us! Our contact with O'Brien, Heather, has been great keeping us informed and responding to our calls! We've been using O'BRIEN Service Company for many, many years, will continue to use them, and HIGHLY Recommend The O'BRIEN Team for all your HVAC needs!! Danny Pearce
