  our technician Andrew was knowledgeable thorough and very very nice. he explained everything he was doing and the cost involved. it was obvious that he loves his job.

  Andrew with NC Quality Air was kind and responsive. He made a prompt service call to my parent’s house on a Sunday evening, when it was 90 degrees out and they had no AC. He saved us! Thank you so much!!

  Andrew was efficient at doing my HVAC semi-annual maintenance yet also took time to discuss what he was doing and answer my questions to my satisfaction. I look forward to seeing him in the future for this maintenance and/or necessary service calls.
