  We had no cool air ac frozed I called around 5pm and they came out at 8am that morning. My AC unit is 13+ yr old it was time for a new one . They set me up in 2 days and put in a window AC for the weekend to keep my family comfortable. They are fast efficient and reasonable. I will keep them for tune ups or any other services . I totally recommend them .

  Quick, efficient, professional and pleasant to meet. The only downside was the company’s push for him to sell other products but I politely declined and he tried one more time because he has to and moved on when finished. Overall, a good experience!

  We are very pleased with Latham and NC Quality Air. Latham and the entire team did an excellent job installing 2 HVAC units in our home. He answered any questions, concerns and paid close attention to detail. He not only did great job installing but he was also respectful and polite. Great experience!

  Installed new split HVAC heat/AC unit to replace ours that had died. Very pleasant, very professional, quick service, techs left my house neat & clean. Great price for unit & yearly maintenance program! Would recommend to everyone!

  A team from NC Quality Air arrived and immediately began a highly coordinated HVAC installation. Half the crew handled the air handler while the others installed the heat pump. The work was efficient and clearly done by experienced technicians. They were careful and respectful of our home—no scuffs, no damage while moving equipment. They answered questions, allowed photos, and walked me through the thermostat and mobile app, so I can control the system from my iPhone. Professional, knowledgeable, and confidence-inspiring throughout. The system was fully installed, tested, and zoned in half a day, with all debris removed. My grand piano now benefits from a stable temperature and humidity environment. Thanks to Lathan, Wyatt, Alex, and the team—excellent work.
