  Quality Air Technician Alex was very quick to fix the problem! He is very courteous and knowledgeable, and he explained the problem to me. From the office, Vicki was very attentive and quickly assigned a technician to me; two young kids with their parents were without A/C in 109-degree heat, and she saved them 😊. Thank you, Vicki! This was great teamwork. I recommend Quality Air to everyone.

  Andrew was great. I got home after a 14 hour shift ready to enjoy my weekend but when I got home it was 87 degrees in my house. I googled hvac repairs in this area and decided to call his company as it was the first number i saw. This was at 7pm so I figured it’s going to take at least a day. Andrew answered and by my description he assumed it was the capacitor and gave me an idea what it would cost. Told me he would come now! He lives 30 minutes away. Great personality and just jumped on it and after his diagnosis he was right. Fixed it in 5 minutes then waited 10 minutes to ensure it was working properly. Highly recommend Andrew. Thank you very much Andrew.

  Great and fast service! Matt was very communicative, and we absolutely felt he was more interested in solving the problem than he was in making the most money possible. He could have just told us a part needed to be replaced with no effort to fix it first, but he didn’t do that! He took the time to try different things (one of which worked like a charm) and then explained what he did. Not only that, but he showed up within 2 hours of us calling the problem on! Decided to get the Annual Service Plan (which is a great deal) solely because we were so happy with the entire process. Thank you!

  They were very fast to respond and came to my house within 3 hours of requesting their services. Matt was my technician and he was very professional. He was able to tell me what my current and possible future problems were. I was very satisfied with the service and will continue to use them.

  I had new thermostats recently installed at my house but struggled getting all the benefits of their smart features. I called NC Quality Air and Alex K arrived and quickly got everything programmed and the system is running smoothly! Awesome experience and highly recommend them ( and Alex!) Follow up to the service review above: We had one section of our house that was too cool even though the settings looked right. Alex came back and in 10 minutes he determined that the damper controlling the airflow for that area was stuck open. He repositioned it and checked the temperature after several minutes and it was cooling correctly! Great work by Alex and another great experience with NC Quality Air!
