  Totally excellent!! He made a suggestion which would avoid future issues. (Separating two garage freezers from a gfi with outdoor outlets). Which we scheduled.

  Mr Sparky did a great job solving our problem with flickering lights. Also installed a full house surge protector. I am feeling much more confident about safety in our house. Thank you Mr Sparky.

  This is second visit from John, and both times he's does an amazing job, explaining what's going on and properly and promptly resolving the issue with my smoke and CO detector. My full time property manager is based in Raleigh, so it's good to know that John is just a phone call away. I highly recommend without reservation him and Mr. Sparky for your electrical needs. I would give him 10** if I could!!

  First, I noted their professional attitude and the type of questions that they asked. That immediately indicated that they were well up to the job at hand. Once on site they knew exactly what to do and in what order (for efficiency). I was impressed with everything the did. And I will call on them for any future issues that may arise. As a matter of fact my son has a need that I'm sure they would be exactly the right solution for.
