- KLkatie leeMay 25, 20211.0If you’re looking for flooring, this isn’t the place to get it. They’re very much snakes. I went in around March 18 to get some flooring. They didn’t have the one I need and said they would have to get it shipped directly to my apartment and would be there the following Tuesday. I paid the extra money to have it delivered like they said. Tuesday came, nothing, by Thursday I reached out only for them to tell me I wouldn’t get it til Friday. I reached out on my way back from being out of town and told me it would be an additional week. I needed the flooring by that Wednesday, the 30th. I asked for a refund and they told me to come in “to discuss it”. I came in and was told that I had to wait. When I stated that I never got the product and wanted my money back, which they gave another excuse, blaming FedEx. I got another type of flooring while there and asked if they could use the money they owed me for part of the payment. They told me then that it just couldn’t happen because it was a separate payment. I went back on Wednesday/Thursday to ask for a refund again and was given a different reason. I’m still fighting with them to get my money back for a product I never received. I would highly recommend going somewhere else than with this location.
