  I needed a small part for my garage door which I can easily replace. I called in and told the person there and he said yes they have that part and our service person can bring it to you. So basically I waited most of the day and called back and he said oh dont wait it wont be today..I said nice of you to tell me that now. He said it will be tomorrow. I said I will be home until 12..I just called them back and spoke to someone else who was not there yesterday and she said she was told by the manager they dont have that part.

  Phillip arrived promptly and was very friendly. He was able to fix our problem quickly. I would definitely call Lion Garage next time I have a problem.

  Lion Garage Door office staff and Raymond Whitfield (Lead Technician) were amazing. We have an older door and system and Lion Garage has helped maintain it for several years. Today we said goodbye to our door opener that had been in place since 2007. Thank you Lion Garage Door and Raymond. Highly recommend always courteous and professional.
