  As usual, Dixon’s came through for us quickly when we needed them. I called at about 9:30 am because our air conditioning unit wasn’t cooling. Al showed up within about 1 1/2 hours, found the problem, replaced the part it needed, and had our AC cooling again before lunch! These folks have been doing our heating and cooling service for about a decade, and they have always been fast, reliable, and reasonably priced.

  Jackson came out to complete our yearly maintenance on our HVAC unit. He was on time and took the time to explain everything he was going to be completing and checking for to make sure our system ran smoothly the whole year. I am pretty handy, but living in the south I do not mess when it comes to the HVAC unit. This is the lifeline of the house (esp in summer) and I do not want the whole family turning on me if something goes wrong when it is 120 degrees and the system decides to stop. He was very professional and ran through all the checks with me during and after it was completed. Thank you again for being our trusted service and we will see you again next year. Thank you!

  Jackson Lyons was our system maintenance technician today. He was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything he did. We are extremely happy with the level of service provided to us today.

  Our Dixon technician, Jimmy, was top notch. He was very professional in understanding our issue and in explaining what he found and repaired with our venting issue. He went over and above in explaining the purpose of all of my outside vents. I really appreciate Jimmy’s expertise!!!!
