  I highly recommend Carpet Smart for any flooring needs. The carpet in my master bedroom was wearing badly...I elected to install a wood floor matching the wood floor from the living area...a perfect match. From walking in the door to the estimate to the delivery and final installation, all went superbly. I was listened to, all my questions were answered on the spot, I was able to save money by removing the carpet on my own and prepping the floor...the company had no issues with that. A fine job all around

  I had a great experience with Carpet Smart from start to finish! Communication was excellent by phone, email, and in person, and everyone I worked with was always friendly, responsive, and willing to answer my many questions. This was a relatively small project—a custom outdoor rug for a client’s porch—but they still gave it the same care and attention you would expect from a much larger project. They allowed me to take several samples with me so my client could see them in her own space and choose what she liked best. They also came out to measure the porch to make sure everything was correct before ordering. The pricing wasn’t inexpensive, but it was very reasonable for the quality and professional-grade outdoor material we selected. The turnaround was only a few weeks for a custom piece, which I felt was completely appropriate. I also really appreciated that there was never any pressure to make a decision, but whenever I needed help, they were ready and willing to assist. The finished product turned out great, my client is very happy, and so am I! The customer service throughout the entire process was exceptional, and I felt very comfortable doing business with them. I would absolutely recommend Carpet Smart and will be using them again for future client projects as well as projects of my own.

  Excellent service end to end for high quality carpeting. Stacy was great in the showroom and helped us in our selection. Installation was timely and on time and beautifully done. Roger and Ray did a fantastic job! We love how the room turned out! Just perfect! We highly recommend Carpet Smart for your carpet needs!

  We needed to replace our 20 yr old carpet, Carpet Smart was recommended to me Friday, July 17th: I requested a quote on line Monday: Chad came out & measured our home. Tuesday: I received a quote on line that was spot on to what I was hoping for so we went to the store to pick out carpet. Stacy sent us home with samples of grade & color of carpet. Wednesday: Took samples back with our decision and deposit to order carpet. Tuesday, July 28th: I called the store to see when my carpet might be in, ETA is tomorrow, if so we can install as early as Friday! Carpet did come in, install was scheduled and 2 weeks to the day of requesting a quote, we were walking on our BEAUTIFUL new Carpet in all bedrooms, hallway and living room. Install went perfectly, had an issue with communication barrier with the installers, called the store and John took care of everything. Thank You Carpet Smart for prompt response, beautiful carpet for a great price & installation with all being done in a very timely manner! I highly recommend Carpet Smart for all your flooring needs!

  From start to finish the customer service and installation of our new floor was fantastic. It was also the most reasonable price compared to other quotes. I would highly recommend working with Carpet Smart for any of your flooring needs. They do a superb job!!!!
