  I was in need of a special carpet for my sunroom which was about to be glassed in. Earlier, I had painted the walls a light blue color and needed a 20' by 12' matching carpet to completely cover the floor. I discovered Carpet Smart at the suggestion of a neighbor. My first visit was a "Here is what I'm thinking about" and I was shown several samples. Because of time restraint I had to leave prior to making a decision. The owner, Tim, said take your time, and asked If I would like to have someone come out and take measurements as well as bring a sample board of the Berber carpet, I seemed interested in. Sure, enough next day I had a young man on site measuring, and afterward we both agreed on the color I thought would work while in the store. I sat on it for about a week until the glassing was completed. At that point we locked in a very, very fair price and a date was set. Two days later Tim and his helper arrived and set the carpet which fit exactly as I had requested, and the matching color was absolutely perfect! This event was fun, price perfect, fun folks to deal with, a huge choice of product, and exactly what I had hoped for. Highly recommended.

  This company is amazing! When the flooring we ordered was faulty, rather than install it, they informed us of the issue and held the factory responsible to send all new product. They also compensated us for the delay in installation. They answer any questions and work with you to get the look you want at the best price. Friendly, supportive, just good people! The owner, Tim, even came out to personally make sure everything was finished to our standards. I highly recommend them.

  The Carpet Smart team recently installed my new Shaw Hickory engineered hardwood floors. The floors are wide plank style and have a lot of natural wood tone variation. Additionally, the installation team carefully and professionally installed the same floors in rooms that have a built-in buffet cabinet and a Murphy bed. I also had quarter rounds primed and painted once the engineered hardwood installation was completed. The craftsmanship needed for these specialized installations was superb and the results were awesome. Much appreciation to Stacy, Tim, John, David and painting team for their collaboration throughout the whole project. I would strongly recommend Carpet Smart to customers seeking new flooring as the array of flooring products available and timeliness for installation is terrific! Also, the flooring samples are quality and approximately 12" x 16" in size which provides a good preview of what a whole floor would look like in your home.

  I highly recommend Carpet Smart for any flooring needs. The carpet in my master bedroom was wearing badly...I elected to install a wood floor matching the wood floor from the living area...a perfect match. From walking in the door to the estimate to the delivery and final installation, all went superbly. I was listened to, all my questions were answered on the spot, I was able to save money by removing the carpet on my own and prepping the floor...the company had no issues with that. A fine job all around

  I had a great experience with Carpet Smart from start to finish! Communication was excellent by phone, email, and in person, and everyone I worked with was always friendly, responsive, and willing to answer my many questions. This was a relatively small project—a custom outdoor rug for a client’s porch—but they still gave it the same care and attention you would expect from a much larger project. They allowed me to take several samples with me so my client could see them in her own space and choose what she liked best. They also came out to measure the porch to make sure everything was correct before ordering. The pricing wasn’t inexpensive, but it was very reasonable for the quality and professional-grade outdoor material we selected. The turnaround was only a few weeks for a custom piece, which I felt was completely appropriate. I also really appreciated that there was never any pressure to make a decision, but whenever I needed help, they were ready and willing to assist. The finished product turned out great, my client is very happy, and so am I! The customer service throughout the entire process was exceptional, and I felt very comfortable doing business with them. I would absolutely recommend Carpet Smart and will be using them again for future client projects as well as projects of my own.
