- PEPam EscarsegaMar 13, 20265.0Went to order/buy a window from Builders FirstSource bc a rock thrown from lawnmower 3 years ago had put a small hole that had cracked and let the gas out so that the bedroom window was cloudy. Trey told me he could order it but that I might want to try calling MIWD the warranty company listed on the window sash sticker first. So I did and sure enough, exact match window on its way to one of MIWD authorized contractors who will install it for me. Thank you BSF!

I walked in today June 11, and Matt assisted me and quoted me a different price for the same product. When I asked Tyler about the price, he acknowledged it, but Matt blew it off in an obnoxious manner. Customer service is obviously not a top priority here. I came back here because I was extremely happy with the way Tyler presented himself the first time. But disappointed that he didn’t stand behind his original quote.
