  Brock was super friendly, had great suggestions and took his time to explain everything to me. He took pictures under the house to explain the issue and suggested a solution. Great experieince.

  Mike Scholer is the finest plumber I have ever met. After I explained what the three previous men had said what the problem was Mike disagreed and began his investigation. After meticulously checking the entire shower, walls included, his “ out of the box “ process solved the problem that none of the others even thought to check. I will always go to Bluewater Plumbing and ask for Mike. I know that I will be treated professionally, friendly and thoroughly. You won’t regret calling Bluewater and asking for Mike. He is the best.   Thank you John and Mitch of Bluewater for your MOST ETHICAL professionalism. They fixed a methane leak that was severely effecting my ability to breath comfortably in my home. In the weeks leading my call to Bluewater, I was dealing with a lot of runaround, inflated over-the-phone estimates, and scheduling conflicts from my HOA other plumbing companies. Based on these false/exaggerated assessments, I anticipated a rather expensive project. Basically, I was in a vulnerable position and would have waited and paid anything to get breathable air. This morning I called B.W. They were able to schedule a same day appointment. Before the appointed time, they communicated just to say that they were en route. They actually arrived early. Upon arrival Mitch and John immediately identified the cause of the leak and explained the simplicity in its fix. By "simple" I mean the whole thing required 2min of labor to install a rubber piece that would have cost me $5. I was about to run to lowes for the part before Mitch retrieved the exact part from his vehicle and gave it to me for free! Then they told me that I would only be charge 1/2 their ordinary visitation fee! Again, I was very vulnerable and willing to pay nearly anything to stop the methane in my breathing air. So $0 in materials and 1/2 the visit cost was already personal victory. Then MiTch and John refused to except my offer of a simple cash tip. They actually made it difficult for me pay for the part, or show my appreciation. Ultimately, they agreed accept two bottles of soda as a token of my appreciation. Hopefully you (the reader) can understand why Im writing such a long comment. I knew the urgency of my leak made me susceptible to an inflated cost if not a full on rip-off. Instead, B.W. provided me with the exact opposite. Thank you Mitch, John, and the good people of BlueWater for saving my money and my air. You are my new P.H.A.S.F.L.   I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Bluewater. They actually saved my life. Eddie was able to diagnose years of dangerous neglect from other HVAC companies and he and Caden spent all day working in the hot attic until the HVAC problems were fixed. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was running safely and properly. I truly could not be more thankful for real people that actually do the work in a world where that is becoming so rare. Thank you so so much for your honest help, hard work, and integrity. It's greatly appreciated and the home is ice cold.
