  Dan did a good job with necessary repairs (replacing hot and cold water on / off valves leading to washing machine). Given the replacement of the two valves, we were surprised by the costs, higher than expected. Ben Franklin plumbing have always does a good job, and prices in the past have been in line with expectations, this seemed a bit excessive. If possible could you please send copy of bill for services rendered. Thank you very much.

  Initially, we needed a toilet repair, but decided to put the expense towards a new toilet because we weren’t satisfied with the one we had. We added the additional 3 year warranty hoping it will payoff. Austin was very prompt, courteous, and informative. The toilet looks great!

  Brock did a great job replacing our entire submerged well pump assembly including a new bladder and tank. Had it all completed in one day. Though the service and professionalism was top rated, the Ben Franklin price is much higher than other companies. I wish I had done more research. That is why 4 stars and not 5.

  It’s clear Brock knows his business. He installed new kitchen sink drain and faucet water line valves and shutoffs as well as installing a new food disposal and reinstalling our dishwasher with a tricky waterline and drain set-up. All done efficiently - everything works perfectly!

  So when they fitted a reverse osmosis system for me what they don’t tell you is that the filters are all Proprietary items sold only by Britta Pro. The first change cost me $460 for four filters. This time they wanted $730. There’s no way to buy them so I had to buy them from the company. They quoted me $278 over the phone when I turned up they charged me $340 for three filters. They know what they’re doing. They don’t want you to buy and fit, reasonably priced publicly available filters. I will never use this company again.
